Wholesale terms of cooperation

MOQ starts at [50] pcs per item for accessories and [20] pcs per item for stamped steel body panels. Mixed orders across several items are welcome. There is no minimum total order value for a first trial shipment.

Prices are quoted per item in USD or EUR, EXW our factory. Volume discount tiers: [500] pcs — [X]%, [1000] pcs — [X]%, [5000] pcs or full container — individual pricing. Quotes are valid for [30] days.

First order: [50]% advance by bank transfer (T/T), [50]% before shipment. Regular partners: [30]% advance, [70]% against copy of bill of lading. Letters of credit accepted from [USD 20,000]. We accept USD, EUR and TRY.

EXW [city] — you arrange collection.

FOB [Mersin / Istanbul] — we deliver to port and handle export clearance.

CIF / DAP — door delivery quoted per destination on request.

In-stock items: shipped within [3-5] working days.

Made-to-order items: [15-25] working days depending on quantity.

Private label production: [30-40] working days including packaging.

Standard export packaging: individual protective film, carton boxes on [EUR / industrial] pallets, stretch-wrapped and strapped. Each box is labelled with part code, OEM reference, quantity, net and gross weight. Custom packaging and your own barcodes available on request. We ship by road to CIS and Europe, and by sea to the Gulf, Africa and Asia. We work with your forwarder or arrange freight ourselves.

[12] months warranty against manufacturing defects and coating failure from the date of invoice. Claims are accepted with photos and the part code within [14] days of receipt; approved claims are replaced free of charge with your next shipment or credited.

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (EUR.1 / Form A where applicable), quality declaration, HS codes, and any additional documents your customs authority requires.
