Wholesale terms of cooperation
Everything you need to evaluate us as a supplier before you write to us. If your case is different from what is described here, tell us — most terms are negotiable for regular partners.
Minimum order quantity
Trial orders start from 50 pcs per item. Mixed orders across several items are welcome.
Pricing and discounts
Prices are quoted per item in USD or EUR. Volume discounts: 3% from 500 pcs per item, 5% from 1,000 pcs per item. Full containers get individual pricing. A quotation stays valid for 30 days.
Payment terms
Payment by bank transfer (T/T). First order: 30% prepayment, 70% before shipment. Regular partners: 30% prepayment, 70% against a copy of the bill of lading. Letter of credit (L/C) accepted for orders from 20,000 USD. We accept USD, EUR and TRY.
Incoterms
EXW Bursa — you arrange collection.
FOB Istanbul — we deliver to port and handle export clearance.
CIF / DAP — door delivery quoted per destination on request.
Lead times
Items in stock ship within 3–5 working days. Made-to-order production takes 20–25 working days. Private label (your own packaging) takes 30–40 working days. Exact timing is confirmed in every quotation.
Packaging and logistics
Standard export packaging: individual protective film, carton boxes on EUR pallets (1200×800 mm), stretch-wrapped and strapped. Each box is labelled with part code, OEM reference and quantity. Custom packaging on request.
Warranty and claims
Warranty is 12 months against manufacturing defects and coating failure. Send photos and the part code within 14 days of receiving the goods; approved claims are replaced free of charge with your next shipment.
Documentation provided
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (EUR.1 / Form A where applicable), quality declaration, HS codes, and any additional documents your customs authority requires.
